We work on a case by case basis primarily by an hourly rate. There are package rates available for special projects and hourly monthly volume. Every client has different needs so we work with the clients to modify our services to help them accomplish their daily tasks and any other requirements they might have.

We pride ourselves in our responsiveness and reliability, and maintain the utmost confidentiality when it comes to our clients.

We work on site and off site (virtually). Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 8:00pm. Any weekends, holidays or after-hours are by appointment only and will be subject to an additional charge. We have a three hour minimum for local clients on site and for virtual services off site there is a one hour minimum. Clients that are outside the local area are subject to a longer minimum hour requirement for on site services. There is a deposit requirement for special projects, package deals and new clients.
